“Natural Reserve  ' Montarbu', Pardulas & Sebadas ”

Arrival and accommodation in a 3 star hotel.  Pizza tastings in the evening, with Sardinian beer, local niche product of a small family brewery.

Saturday morning:
Visit to the “Nuraghe Ardasai” and the Natural Reserve  “ Montarbu” in territory of Seui. Typical local outdoor lunch. Transfer by bus, with tour guide.

Saturday afternoon:
Back to the hotel - free evening (Visiting Tortolì, stay at beach, shopping etc.)
Sunday morning:
A hands-on course teaching cooking and baking Sardinian dishes. We will make traditional Sardinian bread.

Lunch with traditional products of Sardinian cuisine.
Sunday afternoon:
Departure 

Walk through the Natural Reserve of “Montarbu”, inside which you find the forest of the same name of almost 2800 hectares. The forest of Montarbu can be considered one of the most evocative Sardinian forests. Within the forest are numerous animal species and the flora provides some amazing tonalities.

During the baking lesson you will learn all about Sardinian sweets “Pardulas” and “Sebadas: We will knead to bake together with expert bakers and show you step by step all the secrets of this ancient art of baking. If possible you can take as a souvenir the bread you've made by yourself.
