Arrival and accommodation in a 3 star hotel. Pizza tastings in the evening, with Sardinian beer, local niche product of a small family brewery.
Saturday morning:
Trip to the house of the Fairies “domus de Janas” Genna 'e Tramonti, Fund 'e Monti close to Lotzorai, afterwards visit to the mountain village Urzulei. Typical local outdoor lunch. Transfer by bus, with tour guide.
Saturday afternoon:
Back to the hotel - free evening (Visiting Tortolì, stay at beach, shopping etc.)
Sunday morning:
A hands-on course teaching cooking and baking Sardinian dishes. We will make traditional Sardinian bread.
Lunch with traditional products of Sardinian cuisine.

1.Natural area “Sa Portiscra”
The Domus de Janas of Lotzorai consist in 13 preserved tombs and they are located on the hill Tracucu, which belongs to the mountain complex Bruncu Crabiola.
Visit to Urzulei, a typical mountain village of the Ogliastra area. It is surrounded by a still untouched natural landscape. The historical center preserves its urban physiognomy, with cobbled stone streets and old buildings.

3. Baking lesson “Sa Coccoi prena e S'anguli 'e cipudda”
During the baking lesson you will learn all about the topic “Sa Coccoi prena” a filled bread with potatoes, mint and cheese and “S'anguli 'e cipudda” a vegetable flatbread: We will knead to bake together with expert bakers and show you step by step all the secrets of this ancient art of baking. If possible you can take as a souvenir the bread you've made by yourself.

- Price is only valid for groups with a minimum of 20 participants

- Reservations are guaranteed with payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer
